ULC Workforce Notifications

Program Description

Universal Land Clearing, LLC sends operational text messages to participating employees, supervisors, and authorized company personnel. Messages may include time-record reminders, payroll submission deadlines, missing-record notices, schedule information, and related administrative notifications. This program does not send advertising or promotional messages.

Consent and Enrollment

Eligible recipients enroll by providing their mobile telephone number and giving written or electronic consent through company onboarding or a separate authorization process. By enrolling, the recipient authorizes Universal Land Clearing, LLC and its messaging provider to send automated operational text messages to the number provided.

Recipients must provide accurate contact information and notify Universal Land Clearing, LLC if their telephone number changes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Supervisors may normally receive up to two payroll or time-record reminders each week. Additional operational notices may be sent when reasonably necessary.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile service plan. Universal Land Clearing, LLC does not charge recipients for participating in this program.

Opting Out

Recipients may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. A confirmation message may be sent after the opt-out request. No additional messages will be sent unless the recipient provides new consent.

Privacy

Mobile telephone numbers, consent records, and opt-in information are handled according to the Privacy Policy available on this website. This information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Delivery

Mobile carriers do not guarantee message delivery and are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Universal Land Clearing, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by mobile carriers, network availability, incorrect telephone numbers, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

Universal Land Clearing, LLC may update these terms when the messaging program or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
